Finest Products

The Sparrows places great effort into finding and serving the best coffee and tea available. We were the first location to serve MadCap Coffee, and now we continually feature three-month guest roasters including Four Barrel, Counter Culture, AnthologyHeart Roasters, and Ritual Roasters.

Our tea is carefully selected from our Michigan partners. Arbor Teas and Mountain Rose Botanicals offer us a wide variety of teas including black, oolong, green, white, herbal, and red teas. Our pastry selection is local and fresh everyday, featuring GR Bagel, Field & Fire Bakery, Wednesday Evening Cookies, and Sweet Batches.

We also serve raw cold-pressed juices each day including all organic fruits and vegetables. Flavors include 55 Zebra, Root Down, and Dare you. Come find out what they are!

Unique Space

Located in a historic hardware store originally built in the early 1900s, The Sparrows always tries to maintain its roots. But for the past eight years, we've been serving our loyal customers on one of the quickest growing streets in all of Grand Rapids.

The Sparrows provides plenty of space to seclude yourself, catch up with old friends, or propose to your love in our armchairs by the front windows (yeah, it happened...). After all, as one of our customers once told us, "The Sparrows makes me feel like I'm cuddling up in a cafe to read my favorite book on a rainy day in Paris."
